Call for Papers

The international conference will be held on February 21st and February 22nd, 2014.
Submitted papers will subject to stringent peer review by at least three experts and carefully be evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will appear in the conference summary.

The deadline for paper submission is December 20th.
